25/06/2026 - The Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security has implemented three delegated directives from the European Commission, updating Annex III of Legislative Decree no. 27/2014 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
The provision, published in the Official Journal no. 144 of June 24, 2026, along with the Decree of May 7, 2026, redefines the exemptions relating to the use of lead in specific applications of electrical and electronic equipment, aligning national legislation with the most recent European provisions.
